Command Sergeant Major Wesley Stollings
Command Sergeant Major Stollings was raised in Conroe, Texas. He entered the Army in 1996 and completed Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC. He graduated Advanced Individual Training at Fort Gordon, GA as a 31F Network Nodal Systems Operator-Maintainer. CSM Stollings has served in a variety of assignments throughout his career which include 122 Signal Battalion, Camp Red Cloud Korea; 57th Signal Bn, Fort Hood, Texas; 447th Signal Battalion, Fort Gordon, Georgia; 72nd Signal Battalion, Mannheim, Germany;, HHD, Garrison Command, Talil Airbase, Iraq; 1SG, HHC 4th BCT, 1st CAV Division, Fort Hood, Texas; Office Chief of Signal, and 369th Signal Battalion, Fort Gordon, Georgia, Brigade Operations Sergeant Major of 11th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas. His most recent assignment was the Command Sergeant Major of 78th Signal Battalion, Camp Zama, Japan.
CSM Stollings’s awards include: Bronze Star Medal (1OLC) Meritorious Service Medal (6OLC), Army Commendation Medal (3OLC), Army Achievement Medal (6OLC), Good Conduct Medal eighth award, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (5), Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Ribbon, Global War Terrorism Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon (3).
CSM Stollings’s military education includes: United States Sergeant Major Academy (Class 67) the 1SG Course, Senior Leaders Course (SLC), Advanced Leaders Course (ALC), Warrior Leaders Course (WLC), Drill Sergeant School, Combatives Level 1, Combat Life Savers Course. CSM Stollings holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Excelsior College and is certified as a Nutritionist, a Personal Trainer, and Fitness in Youth Coach.
