This branch provides advisory services to the
Commanders, managers, supervisors and employees in the following areas and
has authority to act on behalf of Commanders (including union negotiations)
Provide advice regarding conduct and
discipline and performance management.
Interpretations of regulations, case law,
union contracts, and other pertinent guidance to assist
management with a disciplined and productive workforce.
Assists management in addressing misconduct and performance
deficiencies of assigned employees.
