Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD)
The Army Enterprise Service Desk is the first line service provider for all Army Information Technology service requests, inquiries, or issues. There are two methods to submit a service request to the AESD.

Call
The first method is calling 1-866-335-ARMY (1-866-335-2769) and having them submit a service request on your behalf.
Please ensure that you ask for an Incident Identification Number for tracking purposes.

Online
The second method is by directly submitting an automated service request through the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform. This link can now be used for NEC service requests and Army Enterprise service requests.

Army Enterprise Service Management Platform:
This is the ticketing system used for both NEC and Army Enterprise service requests. Once logged in, you can access the service catalog through the link at the top of the page. Army 365, Enterprise Email, EAMS-A, AMID, and DMUC requests are examples of Army Enterprise services that can be requested through this portal. Clicking on View Details on any of the cards will take you to the ticket submission page for the service request type you selected. Alternatively, you can select the "I Need Something" or "Something is Broken" cards on the portal home page and select from a list of business services when creating a new ticket.
You can also access an extensive knowledgebase with solutions to common issues. Army 365 questions can usually be answered through a knowledgebase search.
